01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotions

minibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;

minibet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude minibet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Account Termination

minibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;

Upon termination of an account for cause, minibet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings.
